Completed project files are retained for 3 years in case you need revisions or have questions
Contact information for past clients is kept for 5 years for potential future projects
Financial records follow standard business retention periods as required by law
Marketing communications data is deleted immediately when you unsubscribe

After these periods, we securely delete your information unless you've explicitly asked us to keep it longer or legal requirements mandate retention.

Changes to This Policy

We'll update this policy when our practices change or when legal requirements evolve. If we make significant changes that affect how we handle your existing information, we'll email you directly before the changes take effect.
